Our story

A proven formula, now for every business

For more than ten years, our founding partners have delivered together, in teams and companies of every size: from the cloud adoption of the largest insurer in the Netherlands, with over 10 million customers, to a young technology company they helped grow from start-up to scale-up. Every time, the same way of working made the difference. So they asked themselves why it should be tied to one company, when every business could benefit from it. That is how Synergetic IT was born.

Synergetic IT is led by its founding partners: seasoned professionals with more than 25 years of experience in companies from start-up to enterprise, Microsoft Certified in Azure and hands-on in the Microsoft Cloud since its early days. They lead every engagement themselves, so you always work with the people who designed your solution.

Founding Partner & Principal Consultant

Jorge believes in IT that serves people, with automation at its heart. He finds the patterns in your business requirements and turns them into reusable automation: less manual work, less risk, lower cost. His Infrastructure as Code keeps your environment compliant with the most demanding standards. A natural mentor, Jorge passes on his knowledge generously, so your team grows with every project. As an active contributor to Microsoft's open-source communities, such as Bicep and PowerShell, he keeps Synergetic IT and its customers at the forefront of Microsoft's developments.

Reinout has a sharp eye for what lies ahead. He translates your challenges into a clear strategic plan that solves today's problems and prevents tomorrow's. Deep curiosity drives his knowledge of traditional infrastructure and the Microsoft Cloud, from Azure and Microsoft 365 to hybrid platforms in your own data centre. His expertise in cloud networking is recognised internationally: he was the first Barracuda Most Valued Professional worldwide, and he is regularly invited to give tech talks.

Rooted in Brabant

Our home is Loon op Zand, and we want to support local businesses and help the local economy grow. That is why we bring the services that international groups rely on within reach of businesses in and around Tilburg.
