The Infrastructure–as–Code (IaC) bootcamp at Global Micro Solutions in South Africa has been a phenomenal success. Global Micro Solutions requested this bootcamp to train a group of its engineers to design, develop, and deploy resources using Infrastructure–as–Code so they can ship changes faster while maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and reliability, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcomes!
📆 Two-week program
To ensure meaningful and lasting results, we chose a two‑week approach for the bootcamp, which gave participants enough time to build a solid foundation in the learned concepts.
In the first week, participants delved into the basics of Terraform, assisted by the expert guidance of our good friend Jelle Broekhuijsen. They were also introduced to Azure DevOps, Git, development flows, and Agile methodologies, showing how these tools combine to boost efficiency and collaboration in real-world projects.
